Why isn't my contract count changing?
If your contract count does not appear to be updating, here is what to check.
After connecting your apps, Librari begins scanning for contracts automatically. Depending on the size of your library, this process can take some time. If your contract count does not appear to be changing, it does not necessarily mean something is wrong.
Check your sync status:
Look for the sync status banner at the bottom left of your screen. It will show one of three states:
Sync Started — Librari has begun scanning your connected apps.
Partial Sync — Recent files are searchable but older documents are still being indexed. Your count will continue to update as the scan progresses.
Sync Complete — All contracts have been processed and your library is fully up to date.
If the banner shows Sync Complete but your count still seems low, it is possible that not all of your documents were recognized as contracts. Librari identifies contracts based on document content and structure, so documents that do not resemble contracts may not be included.
Check your filters:
If you have active filters applied in your contract library, they may be limiting the contracts shown. Look for active filter chips at the top of your library view and clear them to see your full contract count.
