Why is my tag not appearing?

If a tag you added to a contract is not showing up, here are a few things to check.

If a tag you added to a contract in Librari is not appearing as expected, here are a few steps to try.

Try these steps first:

Refresh the page and check again. Tags are saved instantly but a quick page refresh will confirm the tag has been stored correctly.

Make sure you clicked Save after adding the tag. If you closed the Manage Tag panel without clicking Save, the tag will not have been applied to the contract.

Check that you are looking at the correct contract. If you have multiple similar contracts in your library, confirm you are viewing the one you added the tag to.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. A dropped or unstable connection at the moment of saving can prevent a tag from being stored correctly.

The tag was applied but is not showing in a filtered view:

If you applied a tag and can see it on the contract but it is not appearing when you filter by that tag in Librari Lens, try clearing your filters and reapplying them. There may be a brief delay between when a tag is applied and when it is reflected in filtered results.

What if the tag was there before and has now disappeared?

If a tag existed previously but is no longer showing on a contract, contact us at support@thelibrari.com and include the following information:

  • The name of the contract the tag was attached to
  • The name of the tag
  • The email address associated with your account

  • The name of the contract you added the tag to
  • The name of the tag you applied
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A description of what happened when you tried to save the tag
