Why is my note not appearing?

If a note you added to a contract is not showing up, here are a few things to check.

If a note you added to a contract in Librari is not appearing as expected, here are a few steps to try.

Try these steps first:

Refresh the page and check again. Notes are saved instantly but a quick page refresh will confirm the note has been stored correctly.

Make sure you clicked Save after adding the note. If you closed the note field without clicking Save, the note will not have been added to the contract.

Check that you are looking at the correct contract. If you have multiple similar contracts in your library, confirm you are viewing the one you added the note to.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. A dropped or unstable connection at the moment of saving can prevent a note from being stored correctly.

What if the note was there before and has now disappeared?

If you can see that a note existed previously but it is no longer showing, contact us at support@thelibrari.com and include the following information:

  • The name of the contract the note was attached to
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Approximately when the note was added and when it disappeared

  • The name of the contract you added the note to
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A description of what happened when you tried to save the note
