Why is my integration not connecting?
If you are having trouble connecting an app to Librari, here are the most common causes and how to resolve them.
If your integration is not connecting successfully, the issue is typically related to permissions, account access, or a temporary interruption during the OAuth authorization process.
Try these steps first:
Refresh the page and try connecting again. Temporary interruptions during the authorization process are the most common cause of connection failures and are usually resolved by simply trying again.
Make sure you are authorizing with the correct account. If you have multiple accounts for the app you are connecting, confirm you are selecting the right one during the authorization flow.
Check that your browser is not blocking popups or third party cookies, as these can interrupt the OAuth authorization process. Try disabling any browser extensions that may be interfering and attempt the connection again.
Make sure you are granting all of the permissions Librari requests during the authorization flow. Declining any permissions may prevent the connection from completing successfully.
