Why is my CSV export not working?
If your CSV export is not generating or downloading, here are a few things to check.
Librari allows you to export your contract data as a CSV file directly from your contract library. If the export is not working as expected, here are a few steps to try.
Try these steps first:
Make sure you have contracts visible in your library before exporting. If your library is empty or all contracts are filtered out, there is no data to export and the download will not generate. Clear any active filters and try again.
Check your browser's download settings. Some browsers block automatic downloads by default. Check your browser's download permissions and make sure Librari is allowed to download files.
Try a different browser. If the export is still not downloading, try opening Librari in a different browser and attempting the export again.
What does the CSV export include?
The CSV export includes the columns currently visible in your contract library. If you are missing data in your export, check your column configuration using the Configure button at the top of your library and make sure the fields you need are visible before exporting.
