Why can't I save a search?

If the Save Search option is not appearing or not working, here are a few things to check.

If you are having trouble saving a search in Librari, here are a few steps to try.

The Save Search button is not appearing:

The Save Search button only appears when you have active filters applied in your contract library. If you do not have any filters active, the button will not be visible. Open Librari Lens, apply at least one filter, and the Save Search button should appear at the top of your library.

The Save Search button is appearing but not working:

Refresh the page and try again. Temporary errors during the save process are usually resolved by refreshing and attempting the action again.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. A dropped or unstable connection can prevent a search from saving correctly.

Make sure you entered a name for your search before clicking Save. A search name is required to save successfully.

Try signing out and signing back in. If refreshing does not resolve the issue, try signing out of Librari completely and signing back in before attempting to save again.
