Why can't I delete a note?

If you are having trouble deleting a note in Librari, here are a few things to check.

If you are unable to delete a note from a contract in Librari, here are a few steps to try.

Try these steps first:

Refresh the page and try again. Temporary errors during the delete process are usually resolved by refreshing and attempting the action again.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. A dropped or unstable connection can prevent the delete action from completing successfully.

Try signing out and signing back in. If refreshing does not resolve the issue, try signing out of Librari completely and signing back in before attempting to delete the note again.

Can I delete another team member's note?

Notes are attributed to the team member who created them. If you are trying to delete a note created by another team member and are unable to do so, this may be by design. Contact us at support@thelibrari.com and our team will assist you.
