Why can't I archive a contract?

If you are having trouble archiving a contract, here are a few things to check.

Archiving a contract in Librari removes it from your main library view without permanently deleting it. If you are seeing an error or the archive action is not working as expected, here are a few steps to try.

Try these steps first:

Refresh the page and try again. Temporary errors during the archive process are usually resolved by refreshing and attempting the action again.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. A dropped connection during the archive action can cause it to fail.

Try archiving from a different view. You can archive a contract from the contract library row actions as well as from the calendar view. If one is not working, try the other.

Looking for a contract you already archived?

Archived contracts are not deleted, they are hidden from your main library view by default. To find an archived contract, open Librari Lens and toggle on Include Archived. This will surface archived contracts alongside your active library.
