Why are my settings not saving?
If your account settings are not saving correctly, here are a few steps to resolve it.
If you are having trouble saving changes in your Librari account settings, here are a few steps to try.
Try these steps first:
Make sure all required fields are filled in. The account name field is required and cannot be left blank. If a required field is empty, your settings will not save.
Check your internet connection. A dropped or unstable connection can prevent settings from saving correctly. Make sure you have a stable connection and try again.
Refresh the page and try again. Temporary errors during the save process are usually resolved by refreshing the page and re-entering your changes.
Sign out and sign back in. If refreshing does not resolve the issue, try signing out completely and signing back in before attempting to save your settings again.
For Google OAuth users:
If you signed up with Google, your email and password fields will appear locked in Settings. This is expected behavior and not a bug. Your email and password are managed through your Google account.
