Why am I being signed out during search?
If Librari is signing you out while you are searching, your session has likely expired. Here is what to do.
If you are redirected to the sign in page while searching or browsing your contract library, your session has most likely expired. This is a security feature that automatically ends inactive sessions after a period of time.
What to do:
Sign back in and resume your search. Your contract library and saved searches will be exactly as you left them.
To avoid being signed out during long sessions:
If you are planning an extended search or review session, make sure you are actively interacting with the page. Sessions are more likely to expire during periods of inactivity.
If you are being signed out frequently:
Check that your browser is not set to clear cookies automatically. Librari uses session cookies to keep you signed in, and browsers configured to clear cookies on a schedule may cause more frequent sign outs.
Make sure you are not using a private or incognito browsing window. Private browsing sessions do not persist cookies, which means you may be signed out more frequently than in a standard browser window.
