Who in my organization can see my contracts?
Contract visibility in Librari is determined by the permissions already set in your connected apps.
Librari does not manage its own permission system for contract visibility. Instead, it respects the access controls already in place in your connected apps.
If a contract in your Google Drive is shared with specific people, those people will see it in Librari. If a contract is not shared with someone in your organization, they will not be able to see it in Librari, even if they are on the same Librari account.
This means your existing file permissions carry over automatically. No additional configuration is required in Librari to control who sees what.
What if I want to change who can see a contract?
Update the sharing settings in the connected app where the contract lives. Those changes will be reflected in Librari automatically.
What about contracts from Gmail or DocuSign?
The same principle applies across all connected apps. Librari inherits the permissions and access controls of each connected app. If a contract came through Gmail, only users with access to that Gmail account will see it in Librari. If it came through DocuSign, access follows the permissions set in DocuSign.
Can my account owner see all contracts?
The account owner does not automatically have visibility into contracts that are not shared with them in the connected app. Librari respects file level permissions regardless of account role.
