Who can see my contracts in Librari?
Contract visibility in Librari is controlled by the permissions in your connected apps, and Librari staff access is strictly limited.
There are two sides to this question — who inside your organization can see your contracts, and who at Librari can see them.
Who in my organization can see my contracts?
Librari does not manage its own permission system for contract visibility. Instead, it respects the access controls already in place in your connected apps. If a contract is not shared with someone in your connected app, they will not be able to see it in Librari either, even if they are on the same Librari account.
This means your existing file permissions carry over automatically. No additional configuration is required in Librari to control who sees what. If you want to change who can see a contract, update the sharing settings in the connected app where the contract lives and those changes will be reflected in Librari.
Who at Librari can see my contracts?
Librari staff may access your contracts in limited circumstances for the purposes of improving service quality, including the accuracy of contract metadata. Any Librari personnel authorized to access customer data are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality under Librari's Data Processing Agreement. Your contracts are never used to train AI models.
