Who can see my contracts in Librari?
Contract visibility in Librari is controlled by the permissions in your connected apps, and Librari staff access is strictly limited.
There are two sides to this question.
Within your organization, Librari respects the permissions already set in your connected apps. If a contract is not shared with someone in your connected app, they will not be able to see it in Librari either. No additional configuration is required.
On Librari's side, staff may access your contracts in limited circumstances for the purposes of improving service quality. Any personnel authorized to access customer data are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality. Your contracts are never used to train AI models.
