Who at Librari can see my contracts?
Librari staff access to your contracts is strictly limited and governed by confidentiality obligations.
Librari connects to your apps to read and process your contracts, but your original files stay where they are. Librari does not move or store copies of your original documents.
When you connect an app, Librari accesses your contract files to extract metadata and generate AI insights. That access is limited to what is needed to deliver the service.
Can Librari employees see my contracts?
Librari staff may access your contracts in limited circumstances. Under Librari's Data Processing Agreement, any Librari personnel authorized to access customer data are bound by a duty of confidentiality. Access is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
Librari's Privacy Policy also notes that Librari may manually review documents for the purposes of improving service quality, including the accuracy of contract metadata. Your contracts are never used to train AI models.
What safeguards are in place?
Librari's Data Processing Agreement requires appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. All personnel with access to customer data are subject to confidentiality obligations. Librari is currently aligned with SOC 2 standards and certification is underway. You can review the full details of Librari's security and data processing commitments at thelibrari.com/legal.
