Where is my contract data stored?

Librari stores an enhanced copy of your contracts and their extracted metadata securely in encrypted cloud storage.

Librari keeps your original documents exactly where they are. We never move or alter them. When a contract is processed, Librari creates an enhanced copy of the PDF if needed (for example, adding a text layer for searchability or correcting orientation) and stores it securely in encrypted cloud storage. This is the version you see when viewing a contract inside Librari.

Key information extracted from your contracts, such as parties, dates, and key terms, is stored separately in a secure database and is what powers your contract library, search, and insights.

All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and access follows a least-privilege model to ensure your information is protected at every level.
