What should I expect after connecting my apps?
Once your apps are connected, Librari gets to work automatically. Here is what happens next.
After connecting your apps, Librari immediately begins scanning for contracts. You do not need to do anything — the process is fully automatic.
What you will see:
A sync status banner will appear at the bottom left of your screen showing your scan progress. It will move through three stages:
Sync Started — Librari has begun scanning your connected apps.
Partial Sync — Recent files are searchable but older documents are still being indexed. You can start exploring your library while the scan continues.
Sync Complete — All contracts have been processed and your library is ready.
When will my contracts be ready?
Sync time varies depending on the size of your contract library and the number of apps connected. When your initial scan is complete, Librari will send you an email notification so you know when everything is ready.
What if my library looks empty?
If your library appears empty, your scan may still be in progress. Check the sync status banner at the bottom left of your screen. If the banner shows Sync Complete but your library still looks empty, it is possible that Librari did not find any documents that match the criteria for a contract. What happens after the initial scan?
Librari checks your connected apps automatically on a regular basis. Any new contracts added after your initial sync will be picked up and processed without any action required on your part.
