What is the contract library and how does it work?

Your contract library is the central hub where Librari organizes, displays, and makes searchable all of your processed contracts.

Your contract library, also called your Librari, is the central hub where all of your processed contracts live. Once you connect your apps and Librari completes its initial scan, your contracts appear here automatically, organized and ready to search.

How is my contract library organized?

Your contract library displays all of your processed contracts in a table view. Each row represents a single contract and shows key information at a glance including the contract title, parties, lifecycle status, end date, contract status, type, and effective date. You can customize which columns are visible using the Configure button at the top of the library.

How do I view my contracts?

Your contract library offers several ways to view your contracts depending on what you need:

View All — displays every contract in your library in a single list.

By Type — groups your contracts by contract type, making it easy to see all NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other agreement types at a glance.

By Party — groups your contracts by counterparty, giving you a consolidated view of all agreements with a specific vendor or customer.

Favorites — displays only the contracts you have starred as favorites for quick access.

How do I find a specific contract?

You can search your entire library using the search bar at the top of the page. For more targeted results, use Librari Lens, the advanced filter modal, to narrow down by party name, contract type, status, date range, and more. See "What is Librari Lens and how do I use it?" for more details.

How do I interact with a contract in my library?

Each contract row in your library has a set of actions available including starring a contract as a favorite, opening the contract detail viewer, archiving the contract, adding tags, adding notes, and accessing the Ask Librari AI chat. Click on any contract to open the full detail view where you can see all extracted data and the original document.

How often does my library update?

Librari checks your connected apps automatically on a regular basis. New contracts are added to your library as they are discovered without any manual action required on your part.
