What is Librari Lens and how do I use it?
Librari Lens is the advanced search and filter modal that lets you narrow down your contract library using a wide range of criteria.
Librari Lens is the advanced filter modal in your Librari contract library. It gives you granular control over your search results by letting you filter across a wide range of fields, helping you find exactly the contracts you need without manually scrolling through your entire library.
How do I open Librari Lens?
From your contract library, click the Advanced Filter button to open Librari Lens. Once open, you can apply one or more filters to narrow down your results.
What can I filter by in Librari Lens?
Librari Lens supports filtering across the following fields:
- Party Name
- File Name
- Contract Type
- Contract Title
- Content Includes
- Content Excludes
- Contract Tag
- Signature Status
- Contract Status
- Term Type
- Contract Source
- Minimum and Maximum Value
- Contract Date Range (Effective Date, Execution Date, End Date)
- Include Archived toggle
What is the difference between fuzzy and exact search?
Librari Lens includes a toggle that lets you switch between fuzzy and exact search modes. This toggle applies to all active filters at once.
Fuzzy search uses AI-assisted matching to return results that include similar terms, not just exact matches. This is useful when you are not sure of the exact wording in a contract.
Exact search returns only results that contain the precise words you entered. Use exact search when you need to find a specific phrase or term without any variation.
Can I save a search in Librari Lens?
Yes. When you have active filters applied, a Save Search button appears in your contract library. Click it to save your current filter combination as a named search that you can re-run at any time from the Saved Searches page.
What if my search returns no results?
If your search returns no results, try broadening your filters or switching from exact to fuzzy search mode. If you have the Include Archived toggle turned off, archived contracts will not appear in your results. Toggle it on to include archived contracts in your search.
