What is Contract Source?
Contract Source shows where each contract in your library came from, based on which connected app it was imported from.
Contract Source is a metadata field in your contract library that identifies where each contract was imported from. It tells you which connected app Librari used to find and process a specific contract, giving you a clear picture of where your contracts are stored across your connected accounts.
What are the possible Contract Source values?
The Contract Source for each contract will reflect the connected app it was imported from. Current possible values include:
- Google Drive — the contract was found in your connected Google Drive account
- Gmail — the contract was found as an attachment in your connected Gmail account
- DocuSign — the contract was imported from your connected DocuSign account
As additional app connectors are released, new Contract Source values will be added to reflect those integrations.
How do I filter by Contract Source?
You can filter your contract library by Contract Source using Librari Lens, the advanced filter modal. Open Librari Lens from your contract library, select Contract Source from the filter options, and choose the source you want to view.
Why is Contract Source useful?
Contract Source helps you understand the distribution of your contracts across your connected apps. If you are planning to disconnect an app or migrate contracts between systems, filtering by Contract Source gives you a clear view of which contracts will be affected.
