What information does Librari extract from my contracts?
When Librari processes a contract, it automatically extracts key data fields and makes them searchable across your library.
When Librari scans a contract, it uses AI to extract and organize key information from the document. This data is displayed in the Detail View of each contract and can be searched, filtered, and exported across your entire library.
Here is what Librari extracts:
Document details
- File Name — the exact filename as stored in your connected app
- Document Title — the title shown on the cover page or first heading
- Document Type — the type of document such as a contract, order form, or amendment
- File Type — the file format such as PDF
- File Location — where the original file is stored in your connected app
Parties and signatories
- Parties — the full legal names of all entities entering into the agreement
- Signature Status — whether the contract is Fully Executed, Partially Executed, or Unsigned
- Signatory details — the names and signing dates of each signatory
Key dates
- Effective Date — the date the contract officially comes into force
- Execution Date — the date the final required signature was added
- End Date — the last date the contract is or was scheduled to be in force
Contract status
- Contract Status — whether the contract is Active, Expired, or another status
- Lifecycle Status — the current stage of the contract lifecycle
- Term Type — whether the contract is Fixed, Evergreen, Auto-Renew, or another type
Financial details
- Contract Value — the total value of the agreement
- Payment Terms — when and how payment is due under the contract
Legal details
- Governing Law — which jurisdiction's laws apply to the agreement
- Summary — an AI-generated summary of the contract's key terms
How do I view this information?
Open any contract in your library and click Detail View to see all extracted data fields. You can also use Librari Lens to filter your entire library by any of these fields, or export the data to CSV for reporting.
