What happens when I add new contracts after connecting?

New contracts are picked up automatically. No manual uploads, tagging, or maintenance required.

New contracts are picked up automatically from your connected apps. As they arrive, Librari detects them, extracts key terms and dates, and adds them to your contract library without any manual uploads or tagging required.

How does Librari detect new contracts?

Librari checks your connected apps on a regular basis. When a new PDF is detected, Librari evaluates whether it is a contract and if so, processes it automatically. You do not need to do anything — new contracts simply appear in your library as they are discovered.

How long does it take for a new contract to appear?

Since Librari checks your connected apps on a regular schedule, there may be a short delay between when a contract is added to your connected app and when it appears in your library. If a contract has not appeared after a reasonable amount of time, check your sync status banner at the bottom left of your screen. If it shows Sync Complete and the contract is still missing, contact us at support@thelibrari.com.

What file types are supported?

Librari currently supports PDF files. If a new contract is added in a different file format it will not be detected or processed. We recommend saving contracts as PDFs before adding them to your connected apps to ensure they are picked up correctly.

What if a contract is not being detected?

If a specific contract is not appearing in your library after connecting, see "Why is my contract not appearing after connecting?" for troubleshooting steps.
