What happens if I revoke Librari's access to a connected app?

Revoking access stops Librari from collecting new data, but your existing contract library remains fully accessible.

If you revoke Librari's access to a connected app directly from the app's security settings, the effect is the same as disconnecting the app from within Librari. Your existing contract library is not affected. All contracts that were already imported and processed before the revocation remain in your library and are still searchable, viewable, and accessible.

What stops when you revoke access is Librari's ability to detect and import new contracts from that source. Any contracts added to the app after access was revoked will not appear in your library until you reconnect.

What is the difference between revoking access and disconnecting?

Disconnecting an app from within Librari and revoking access from the app's own security settings have the same end result. The difference is where the action is taken. Disconnecting from Librari is done from the Connections screen in your dashboard. Revoking access is done from the connected app's own security or permissions settings, such as Google Account permissions for Google Drive or Gmail.

How do I reconnect after revoking access?

You can reconnect at any time from the Connections screen in your Librari dashboard. When you reconnect, Librari will resume syncing and pick up any new contracts added since access was revoked. Contracts that were already imported will not be duplicated.
