What happens if I reconnect an app? Will my contracts be duplicated?
Reconnecting an app won't create duplicates. Librari recognizes contracts it has already processed and skips them automatically.
No need to worry about duplicates. When you reconnect an app, Librari recognizes any contracts it has already processed and will not import them again. Only new or previously undiscovered contracts will be added to your library.
How does Librari prevent duplicates?
Every contract Librari processes is assigned a unique reference ID in its database. When you reconnect an app and Librari scans for new contracts, it checks each file against its existing records. Any file that has already been processed is skipped automatically, regardless of how many times you disconnect and reconnect.
What happens to contracts that were already in my library?
All contracts that were in your library before you disconnected remain exactly as they were. Your extracted data, tags, notes, and search history are all preserved. Reconnecting simply resumes monitoring for new contracts going forward.
How long does it take for Librari to resume syncing after reconnecting?
Librari begins scanning your reconnected app automatically. You will see the sync status banner at the bottom left of your screen update as the scan progresses. Any new contracts added since you disconnected will be picked up and processed without any action required on your part.
