What encryption does Librari use?

Librari uses industry-standard encryption to protect your contract data both in transit and at rest.

Librari uses industry standard encryption at every stage of data handling.

In transit

All data transferred between your devices and Librari is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ protocols, the same standard used by banks and major financial institutions. This ensures that any data moving between your browser and Librari's servers is protected from interception at all times.

At rest

Enhanced PDFs, metadata, and embeddings stored in Librari's secure cloud environment are protected with AES-256 encryption, one of the strongest encryption standards available. This ensures that your contract data is protected even when it is not actively being accessed or transferred.

How is access to my encrypted data controlled?

In addition to encryption, Librari uses a least-privilege access model. This means that only authorized personnel can access your data, and only when it is strictly necessary to deliver the service. All Librari personnel with access to customer data are bound by confidentiality obligations under Librari's Data Processing Agreement.

Is my data logically separated from other customers?

Yes. Your data is logically separated from other customers' data at every level of Librari's storage infrastructure. This ensures that your contract data cannot be accessed by or mixed with another customer's data.

Where can I learn more about Librari's security practices?
