What do the signature status types mean?

Librari assigns a signature status to each contract based on how many required parties have signed.

When Librari processes a contract, it automatically assigns a signature status based on the signing information extracted from the document. Signature status gives you a quick view of whether each agreement has been fully executed and helps you identify contracts that may still require action.

What are the different signature status types?

Fully Executed All required parties have signed the contract. The agreement is legally binding and in force.

Partially Executed Some but not all required parties have signed the contract. The agreement is not yet legally binding.

Unsigned No signatures have been detected on the contract. The document may be a draft or template rather than an executed agreement.

How do I filter by signature status?

You can filter your contract library by signature status using Librari Lens, the advanced filter modal. Open Librari Lens from your contract library, select Signature Status from the filter options, and choose the status you want to view.

What if a contract has the wrong signature status?

Signature status is determined automatically based on the signing information extracted from the document. If a contract appears to have the wrong signature status, check the signatory details in the Detail View to confirm they were extracted correctly. If you believe there is an error, contact us at support@thelibrari.com.
