What do I do if I was charged twice or my plan shows incorrectly?

If, you see an unexpected charge or your plan is not displaying correctly, here is what to do.

In rare cases, a technical issue during checkout can result in an unexpected charge or your plan displaying incorrectly after purchase. If this happens, do not attempt to purchase again as this may result in an additional charge.

If you see an unexpected or duplicate charge:

Check your email for receipts from Stripe, our payment processor. If you received more than one receipt for the same plan, contact us at support@thelibrari.com with the email address associated with your account and we will resolve it promptly.

If your plan is not showing correctly after purchase:

Try signing out and signing back in. This resets your session and often resolves display issues with your plan status.

If your plan still shows incorrectly after signing back in, contact us at support@thelibrari.com with your account email and a description of what you are seeing. Our team will verify your subscription status and correct it manually if needed.
