What are Critical Date Reminders and how do I manage them?

Critical Date Reminders are weekly email notifications that alert you to upcoming contract renewals, expirations, and key milestones.

Critical Date Reminders are automated weekly email notifications that alert you to upcoming contract renewals, expirations, and other key dates across your contract library. They are designed to give you enough lead time to take action before an important deadline passes.

How do Critical Date Reminders work?

Librari automatically extracts key dates from your contracts including effective dates, expiration dates, and renewal dates. Critical Date Reminders use this extracted data to send you a weekly email summarizing upcoming deadlines across your contract library. This means your reminders are always based on the actual contract data Librari has extracted, not manual entries.

How do I turn Critical Date Reminders on or off?

Critical Date Reminders are enabled by default for all accounts. To manage your reminder settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings from your Librari dashboard.
  2. Find the Email Notification Settings section.
  3. Toggle Critical Date Reminders on or off based on your preference.

Who receives Critical Date Reminders?

Each user on your account manages their own Critical Date Reminder settings independently. Turning reminders off for your account does not affect other team members on the same account.

What dates trigger a Critical Date Reminder?

Critical Date Reminders are triggered by key dates extracted from your contracts including expiration dates, renewal dates, and other milestone dates identified during processing. The reminder is sent on a weekly basis covering upcoming deadlines within a rolling window.
