Is my data used to train your AI?
Your contract data is never used to train Librari's AI. It's only used to extract and organize information from your contracts.
Your data stays yours. Librari uses AI exclusively to extract key terms, dates, and metadata from your contracts. It does not use your data to train, improve, or inform any AI models. Your contracts are processed and analyzed, but nothing is learned or retained from them beyond what is displayed in your library.
How does Librari use AI?
Librari's AI is used to read and analyze your contracts at the point of processing. It identifies key information such as party names, effective dates, expiration dates, contract value, payment terms, and governing law, and organizes that information into your searchable contract library. Once that extraction is complete, your contract data is not used for any other purpose.
What about the Ask Librari chat feature?
When you use Ask Librari to ask questions about your contracts, your contract data is used to generate answers in real time. It is not retained, shared, or used to improve the underlying AI model after your session ends.
Is this guaranteed in writing?
Yes. Librari's Privacy Policy explicitly states that your documents will not be used to train AI models. You can review the full policy at thelibrari.com/legal.
Who has access to my contract data?
Access to your contract data is strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver the service. All Librari personnel with access to customer data are bound by confidentiality obligations under Librari's Data Processing Agreement. See "Who at Librari can see my contracts?" for more details.
