How does the 14 day free trial work?

Every new Librari subscription starts with a 14 day free trial with full access to all features. No charge until the trial ends.

Your 14 day free trial starts when the account owner picks a plan and adds a payment method at checkout. During the trial you have full access to all Librari features regardless of which plan you selected.

What to expect during your trial:

Your payment method is collected at checkout, but you will not be charged until your 14 day trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged anything, but your access ends the day you cancel.

At the end of your 14 day trial your subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged based on your selected plan.

How do I know when my trial ends?

In Settings, the Plan & Billing section shows the date your first invoice will be billed, which is the day your trial ends. Note that this section is visible to account owners only.

What happens if I do not cancel before the trial ends?

If you do not cancel before your trial period ends, your subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged. If you have questions about your billing after the trial ends contact us at support@thelibrari.com.

Can I switch plans during my trial?

If you want to switch from a Solo plan to a Team plan or adjust the number of users during your trial, contact us at support@thelibrari.com and we will help you make the change.

Who gets a free trial?

The free trial is for new subscribers. If you have had a Librari subscription before, a new subscription starts without a free trial.

Can I try Librari without entering a card?

Yes. The free demo lets you drag and drop up to ten of your own PDFs and see what Librari finds, with no card and no time limit. See "Is there a free demo of Librari?" for more details.
