How does the 30 day free trial work?
Every new Librari account includes a 30 day free trial with full access to all features. No charge until the trial ends.
When you sign up for Librari, your account automatically starts with a 30 day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all Librari features regardless of which plan you selected.
What to expect during your trial:
Your payment method is collected at sign up but you will not be charged until your 30 day trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged anything.
At the end of your 30 day trial your subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged based on your selected plan.
How do I know when my trial ends?
You can view your trial end date and next billing date from the Subscription section in your Settings. Note that this section is visible to account owners only.
What happens if I do not cancel before the trial ends?
If you do not cancel before your trial period ends, your subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged. If you have questions about your billing after the trial ends contact us at support@thelibrari.com.
Can I switch plans during my trial?
If you want to switch from an Individual plan to a Team plan or adjust the number of users during your trial, contact us at support@thelibrari.com and we will help you make the change.
