How does Librari keep my contract data secure?

Librari uses bank-level encryption, least-privilege access controls, and audit-ready logging to keep your contract data secure.

Librari stores only enhanced PDFs and metadata, not your raw originals, in encrypted format, both in transit and at rest. Access follows a least-privilege model, and we maintain audit-ready logging throughout. Librari is CASA-approved and aligned to SOC 2 standards, with certification underway.

How is my data encrypted?

All data transferred between your devices and Librari is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ protocols, the same standard used by banks and major financial institutions. Enhanced PDFs, metadata, and embeddings stored in Librari's secure cloud environment are protected with AES-256 encryption, one of the strongest encryption standards available.

Who can access my data?

Access to your contract data follows a least-privilege model, meaning only authorized personnel can access it and only when necessary to deliver the service. All Librari personnel with access to customer data are bound by strict confidentiality obligations under Librari's Data Processing Agreement.

What is CASA approval?

CASA stands for Cloud Application Security Assessment. It is a security framework administered by the App Defense Alliance that verifies an application meets Google's strict security requirements for apps that connect to Google Workspace. Librari has completed this assessment and maintains CASA approval.

Where is my data stored?

Your contract data is stored in encrypted cloud storage and is logically separated from other customers' data. Your original documents are never moved from your connected apps.

Can I review Librari's security practices?

Yes. You can review Librari's full security practices, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement at thelibrari.com/security and thelibrari.com/legal.
