How does Librari find new contracts?

New contracts are picked up automatically. Librari checks your connected apps on a regular basis so your library stays current.

New contracts added after your initial connection are picked up automatically. Librari checks your connected apps on a regular basis so your library stays current without any manual action required on your part.

How does the detection process work?

Librari scans your connected apps on a regular schedule. When a new PDF is detected, Librari evaluates whether it is a contract and if so, extracts key terms, dates, and metadata and adds it to your library automatically. You do not need to manually upload, tag, or notify Librari when a new contract is added.

How long does it take for a new contract to appear?

Since Librari checks your connected apps on a regular schedule, there may be a short delay between when a contract is added to your connected app and when it appears in your library. If a contract has not appeared after a reasonable amount of time, check your sync status banner at the bottom left of your screen.

What if a new contract is not appearing?

If a specific contract is not appearing in your library, there are a few things to check. Make sure the file is a PDF, as Librari currently only supports PDF files. Make sure the file is stored in a location within your connected app that Librari has access to. If the contract is still not appearing after checking these steps, see "Why is my contract not appearing after connecting?" for further troubleshooting.

Can I manually add a contract to my library?

At this time, Librari does not support manual contract uploads directly through the platform. To add a contract to your library, upload it to one of your connected apps and Librari will detect and process it automatically during the next scan.
