How do I view my invoices?
Account owners can view and download invoices at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
Librari processes all billing through Stripe. As the account owner, you can view and download your full billing history at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
To view your invoices:
- Navigate to the Subscription page from your Librari dashboard.
- Click View Invoices.
- You will be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can view and download your invoice history.
What information is included on my invoice?
Your Stripe invoice includes the billing date, the plan you are on, the number of users on your account, the amount charged, and the payment method used. You can download invoices as PDFs directly from the Stripe portal for record keeping or expense reporting.
How far back does my invoice history go?
Your full billing history is available in the Stripe portal from the date of your first charge. All invoices are stored and accessible at any time.
Will I receive invoices by email?
Yes. Stripe automatically sends an email receipt to your account email address each time a payment is processed. If you are not receiving email receipts, check your spam or junk folder and make sure billing emails from Stripe are not being filtered.
Please note:
Invoices are only accessible to the account owner. Team members do not have access to billing information.
