What are the different views in my contract library?
Librari offers multiple view modes to help you browse and organize your contract library in the way that works best for you.
Your contract library includes several views that let you browse your contracts in different ways depending on what you need. You can switch between views using the tabs at the top of your contract library.
What are the different view modes?
View All The default view. Displays every contract in your library in a single list regardless of type, party, or status. Use this view when you want to see everything or when you are searching across your full library.
Active Displays only contracts that are currently in force. Use this view to focus on the agreements that are live today.
By Dept Groups your contracts by department, such as Finance, Legal, Procurement, or IT. Use this view to see which agreements each team owns.
By Type Groups your contracts by contract type, such as NDA, MSA, SOW, or vendor agreement. Use this view when you want to see all contracts of a specific type at a glance or compare the volume of different agreement types in your portfolio.
By Party Groups your contracts by counterparty, giving you a consolidated view of all agreements associated with a specific vendor, customer, or partner. Use this view when you are reviewing a specific relationship or preparing for a vendor negotiation.
Favorites Displays only the contracts you have starred as favorites. Use this view for quick access to the contracts you reference most frequently. See "How do I favorite a contract?" for more details on adding contracts to your favorites.
Archived Displays contracts you have archived. Archived contracts are hidden from your other views but remain available here if you need them.
How do I switch between views?
From your contract library, click the tab for the view you want at the top of the page. Your library will update instantly to reflect the selected view.
Do view selections affect other team members?
No. Your view selection is personal to your account and does not affect how the library appears for other team members.
