How do I view and re-run saved searches?

Your saved searches are available from the Saved Searches page and can be re-run at any time with a single click.

Once you have saved a search in Librari, you can access and re-run it at any time from the Saved page. This makes it easy to regularly monitor specific subsets of your contract library without setting up filters from scratch each time.

How do I access my saved searches?

  1. From your Librari dashboard, click Saved in the left navigation menu.
  2. All of your saved searches will appear here showing the search name, active filters, and the date it was created.
  3. Click Load next to any saved search to run it and see the results in your contract library.

What if a saved search returns no results?

If a saved search returns no results, it is possible that no contracts currently match the filter criteria. This can happen if contracts that previously matched the filters have since been archived, had their status changed, or been removed from your library. Try adjusting the filters in Librari Lens and saving a new search if needed.

Can I delete a saved search?

Yes. To delete a saved search, click the trash icon next to the search you want to remove on the Saved page. The search will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Can I share a saved search with a team member?

Saved searches are personal to your account and are not currently shareable with other team members. Each team member can create and manage their own saved searches independently.
