How do I switch between Doc View and Detail View?

Every contract in Librari has two views — Doc View shows the original document and Detail View shows all AI-extracted data.

When you open a contract in Librari, you have two ways to view it. Doc View shows you the original PDF document, while Detail View shows you all the structured data Librari has extracted from it. You can switch between the two views at any time.

What is Doc View?

Doc View displays the original PDF of your contract as it was stored in your connected app. Use Doc View when you need to read the full contract, verify specific language, or reference the original document directly.

What is Detail View?

Detail View displays all the structured data Librari has extracted from your contract in a organized grid. This includes key dates, parties, contract status, term type, signature status, contract value, payment terms, governing law, and more. Use Detail View when you need a quick overview of the key data points in a contract without reading the full document.

How do I switch between views?

When you open a contract, you will see a toggle at the top of the contract page with two options — Doc View and Detail View. Click either option to switch between the two views. Your selection applies only to the contract you are currently viewing.

Can I download the contract from Doc View?

Yes. You can download the contract as a PDF directly from Doc View. Look for the download option within the document viewer.

Can I export the data from Detail View?

Yes. You can export the extracted data from Detail View as a CSV file. Look for the download option at the top of the Detail View grid. See "How do I export my contracts to CSV?" for more details.
