How do I search my contract library?
Librari offers multiple ways to find exactly what you need across your contract library.
From your Librari dashboard, use the search bar to find contracts by keyword or metadata. You can search by anything including a counterparty name, a contract title, a specific clause, or any other term that appears in your contracts.
For more targeted results, use the Advanced Filter to narrow down by specific fields like party name, contract type, contract value, or date range. You can also combine search and filters together to zero in on exactly what you need.
What is Librari Lens?
Librari Lens is the advanced filter modal in your contract library. It gives you granular control over your search results by letting you filter across a wide range of fields including party name, file name, contract type, contract title, content includes, content excludes, contract tag, signature status, contract status, term type, contract source, value range, and date range. You can also toggle between fuzzy and exact search modes depending on how precise you need your results to be.
What is the difference between fuzzy and exact search?
Fuzzy search uses AI-assisted matching to return results that include similar terms, not just exact matches. This is useful when you are not sure of the exact wording in a contract. Exact search returns only results that contain the precise words you entered. Use exact search when you need to find a specific phrase or term without any variation.
What if I am looking for something specific within a single contract?
Once you open a contract, you can use the Librarian, Librari's AI assistant, to ask questions about that specific agreement. Look for the Ask Librari button in the bottom right corner of the contract view.
