How do I resend an invitation to a pending team member?

If a team member has not accepted their invitation, you can resend it directly from the Subscription page.

If a team member has not yet accepted their invitation to join your Librari account, their status will show as pending in your team list. As the account owner, you can resend the invitation at any time.

To resend an invitation:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page from your Librari dashboard.
  2. Find the team member with a pending status.
  3. Click Resend Invite next to their name.

The team member will receive a new invitation email with instructions to set up their account.

What if my team member still is not receiving the invitation?

If the team member is still not receiving the invitation after resending, ask them to check their spam or junk folder as invitation emails can occasionally be filtered there. If the email address on the invitation is incorrect, remove the pending member and send a new invitation to the correct address.

How long does an invitation stay active?

If a team member has not accepted their invitation after an extended period, resending it will generate a fresh invitation. We recommend resending if the original invitation was sent more than a few days ago to ensure the link is current.

What is the difference between a pending and active team member?

A pending team member has been invited but has not yet created their account and accepted the invitation. An active team member has completed setup and has full access to your shared contract library.
