How do I manage my payment method?

Account owners can update their payment method at any time through the Stripe billing portal.

Librari processes all billing through Stripe. As the account owner, you can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe billing portal.

To update your payment method:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page from your Librari dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Payment Method.
  3. You will be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment information.

A few things to keep in mind:

Make sure your payment method is up to date before your next billing date to avoid any interruption to your subscription. You can view your next billing date from the Subscription page.

If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification from Stripe with instructions on how to update your payment information. Contact us at support@thelibrari.com if you need assistance.

What payment methods does Librari accept?

Librari accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. If you have questions about accepted payment methods or need to arrange an alternative payment method, contact us at support@thelibrari.com and our team will be happy to help.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, Stripe will notify you by email with instructions on how to update your payment information. Your account will remain active during this period. If the payment issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, your access to Librari may be affected. Contact us at support@thelibrari.com if you need assistance resolving a payment issue.

Please note:

The Subscription page and Stripe billing portal are only accessible to the account owner. Team members do not have access to billing information.
