How do I know when my contracts have finished processing?
Librari sends you an email when your initial sync is complete and shows a status banner while scanning is in progress.
After connecting your apps, Librari begins scanning for contracts automatically. You can track the progress of your sync using the status banner at the bottom left of your screen, which shows one of three states:
Sync Started — Librari has begun scanning your connected apps.
Partial Sync — Recent files are searchable but older documents are still being indexed. You can start exploring your library while the scan continues.
Sync Complete — All contracts have been processed and your library is fully up to date.
When your initial sync is complete, Librari will also send you an email notification so you know when everything is ready.
How long does the initial sync take?
Sync time varies depending on the size of your contract library and the number of apps connected. Smaller libraries typically complete faster, while larger organizations may take longer. If your sync has been running for an extended period without completing, contact us at support@thelibrari.com.
What about new contracts added after the initial sync?
Librari checks your connected apps automatically on a regular basis. New contracts added after your initial sync will be picked up and processed without any action required on your part.
