How do I export my contracts to CSV?
Librari lets you export your contract library data to a CSV file for reporting, analysis, or use in other tools.
Librari allows you to export structured contract data directly from your contract library to a CSV file. This is useful for reporting, financial planning, or sharing contract data with team members who do not have access to Librari.
How do I export my contracts to CSV?
- From your contract library, make sure the columns you want to export are visible. See "How do I configure my contract library columns?" for more details.
- Apply any filters you want to narrow down the contracts included in your export. If no filters are applied, all contracts in your current view will be exported.
- Click the Export button at the top of your contract library.
- A CSV file will download automatically to your device.
What data is included in the export?
The CSV export includes the columns currently visible in your contract library. If you need specific fields in your export, make sure those columns are enabled in your column configuration before exporting.
Can I export a filtered set of contracts?
Yes. If you have active filters applied in your contract library, only the contracts matching those filters will be included in the export. This makes it easy to export a specific subset of contracts, such as all contracts expiring in the next 90 days or all contracts with a specific vendor.
What if the export is not downloading?
If your CSV export is not generating or downloading, see "Why is my CSV export not working?" for troubleshooting steps.
