How do I connect Adobe Acrobat Sign?
Adobe Acrobat Sign support is rolling out. Here is how to connect your account once it is available to you.
Adobe Acrobat Sign connects the same way as your other apps. From your Librari dashboard, go to the Connections screen, find Adobe Acrobat Sign in the list, and click Connect. You will be redirected to Adobe's own sign-in page, where you log in with your existing Adobe credentials and authorize Librari's access.
Librari uses secure OAuth connectors, so no passwords are ever shared with Librari. There is no integration key to copy, no client secret to paste, and no instance URL to configure.
Once connected, Librari begins scanning your agreements automatically. You do not need to manually upload or tag anything.
What does Librari access in my Adobe Acrobat Sign account?
Librari requests three permissions:
- Read agreements so Librari can find and process the agreements in your account
- Sign in so Adobe can authenticate you during the connection
- Read your user profile so Librari knows which Adobe account the connection belongs to
Librari has read-only access. It cannot send agreements, modify them, delete them, or take any action inside your Adobe Acrobat Sign account.
Do I need special permissions in Adobe Acrobat Sign?
You authorize access with your own Adobe account. The agreements Librari can see are the ones your Adobe Acrobat Sign permissions already allow you to see.
What happens after I connect?
Librari begins scanning automatically. You will see a sync status banner at the bottom left of your screen showing your progress. When your initial scan is complete, Librari will send you an email notification.
How do I disconnect Adobe Acrobat Sign?
You can revoke access at any time from the Connections screen in Librari, or directly from your Adobe account's security settings.
