How do I configure my contract library columns?
You can customize which columns appear in your contract library to show the information most relevant to you.
Librari allows you to customize the columns visible in your contract library. You can show, hide, and reorder columns to create a view that works best for your team.
How do I configure my columns?
- From your contract library, click the Configure button at the top of the library.
- A panel will appear showing all available columns.
- Toggle columns on or off to show or hide them in your library view.
- Drag and drop columns to reorder them.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
What columns are available?
The following columns are visible by default:
- Title
- Parties
- Lifecycle Status
- End Date
- Contract Status
- Type
- Effective Date
The following columns are hidden by default but can be enabled:
- Execution Date
- Contract Value
- Payment Terms
- Signatory
- Connection Account
Does my column configuration apply to everyone on my account?
Column configuration is personal to your account. Changes you make to your column layout do not affect how the library appears for other team members.
Does my column configuration affect CSV exports?
Yes. When you export your contract library to CSV, the export includes only the columns that are currently visible in your library view. If you need specific fields in your export, make sure those columns are enabled before exporting. See "How do I export my contracts to CSV?" for more details.
