How do I cancel my subscription?
Account owners can cancel their Librari subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
As the account owner, you can cancel your Librari subscription at any time. Cancellations are managed through the Stripe billing portal.
To cancel your subscription:
- Navigate to the Subscription page from your Librari dashboard.
- Click View Plan.
- You will be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel your subscription.
What happens after I cancel?
If you cancel during your 30 day free trial, you will not be charged anything. If you cancel after your trial has ended, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
Will I lose access to my contract library immediately?
No. Your access to Librari remains active until the end of your current billing period regardless of when you cancel. You will continue to have full access to your contract library until that date.
What happens to my data after cancellation?

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?
Yes. If you decide to reactivate your account after cancelling, contact us at support@thelibrari.com and our team will help you get back up and running.
