How do I archive a contract?
Archiving a contract removes it from your main library view without permanently deleting it.
Archiving a contract in Librari removes it from your main library view without permanently deleting it. Archived contracts remain fully accessible and can be restored to your active library at any time.
How do I archive a contract?
- Find the contract you want to archive in your library.
- Click the three dot menu on the left side of the contract row.
- Select Archive from the menu options.
What happens after I archive a contract?
Once archived, the contract will no longer appear in your main library view by default. All extracted data, tags, notes, and key dates associated with the contract are preserved. Archiving simply removes it from your active view.
How do I find an archived contract?
Archived contracts are hidden from your main library view by default. To find an archived contract:
- Open Librari Lens from your contract library.
- Toggle on Include Archived.
- Your archived contracts will appear alongside your active library.
