How do I add and manage tags on a contract?

Tags let you apply custom labels to contracts in your library for easy organization and filtering.

Tags in Librari are custom labels you can apply to any contract in your library. They are useful for organizing contracts into groups, flagging contracts that need attention, or filtering your library by a specific category that is meaningful to your team.

How do I add a tag to a contract?

  1. Find the contract you want to tag in your library.
  2. Click the three dot menu on the left side of the contract row.
  3. Select Manage Tag from the menu options.
  4. Enter a tag name or select an existing tag from the list.
  5. Click Save to apply the tag.

How do I remove a tag from a contract?

  1. Click the three dot menu on the left side of the contract row.
  2. Select Manage Tag from the menu options.
  3. Find the tag you want to remove and deselect it.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

How do I filter by tag?

You can filter your contract library by tag using Librari Lens, the advanced filter modal. Open Librari Lens from your contract library, select Contract Tag from the filter options, and choose the tag you want to view.

Can I apply multiple tags to a contract?

Yes. You can apply as many tags as you need to a single contract. Multiple tags can help you categorize contracts across different dimensions, such as by department, vendor type, or review status.

Are tags shared across my team?

Yes. Tags are visible to all team members on your account. Any tag created by one team member can be applied and seen by others, making them a useful tool for shared organization and filtering across your contract library.
