How do I access the Stripe billing portal?

Account owners can access the Stripe billing portal directly from the Subscription page in Librari.

Librari uses Stripe to manage billing and payments. As the account owner, you can access the Stripe billing portal at any time to view your plan, manage your payment method, and download invoices.

To access the Stripe billing portal:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page from your Librari dashboard.
  2. Select one of the following options depending on what you need:
    • View Plan — view your current plan details and make changes to your subscription
    • View Invoices — view and download your billing history
    • Manage Payment Method — update your payment information

You will be taken directly to the Stripe billing portal where you can complete your selected action.

What can I do in the Stripe billing portal?

From the Stripe billing portal you can view your current plan and pricing, update your payment method, download past invoices as PDFs, and make changes to your subscription. All billing related actions are managed through Stripe rather than directly within Librari.

What if I am having trouble accessing the portal?

If you are having trouble accessing the Stripe billing portal, try signing out of Librari and signing back in before attempting again. If the issue persists, contact us at support@thelibrari.com and include the email address associated with your account.

Please note:

The Subscription page and Stripe billing portal are only accessible to the account owner. Team members do not have access to billing information.
