Getting started with Librari: a step by step guide

A complete walkthrough of the Librari onboarding experience from sign up to your first contract library.

Getting up and running with Librari takes just a few minutes. Here is what to expect from sign up to your first contract library.

Step 1: Create your account

Visit thelibrari.com and click Get Started. You can sign up with a Google account or create an account with an email and password. If you sign up with email and password, you will receive a verification email to confirm your account. The verification link is valid for 5 minutes.

See "Creating Your Librari Account" for more details.

Step 2: Choose a plan

After creating your account you will be prompted to select a plan. Librari offers two options — Individual at $69 per user per month and Team at $49 per user per month. Both plans include full Librari features and a 30 day free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign up but you will not be charged until your trial ends.

See "How do I choose a plan?" for more details.

Step 3: Connect your apps

After selecting your plan you will be taken to the Connections screen. Click on the app you want to connect and authorize access using your existing account credentials. Librari uses secure OAuth connectors so no passwords are ever shared.

Currently supported apps include Google Drive, Gmail, and DocuSign. Additional connectors are coming soon.

See "How do I connect my apps to get started?" for more details.

Step 4: Let Librari scan your contracts

Once your apps are connected, Librari begins scanning for contracts automatically. You will see a sync status banner at the bottom left of your screen showing your scan progress. When your initial scan is complete, Librari will send you an email notification.

See "How do I know when my contracts have finished processing?" for more details.

Step 5: Explore your contract library

Once scanning is complete your contracts will appear in your Librari. From there you can search by keyword or metadata, apply advanced filters using Librari Lens, and click into any contract to view AI extracted details, key dates, and more.
