Does Librari automatically detect and organize my contracts?

Yes. Once connected to your apps, Librari automatically finds, organizes, and keeps your contract library up to date without any manual effort.

Once you connect your apps to Librari, the platform gets to work automatically. There are no manual uploads, no tagging requirements, and no data entry. Librari handles the entire process of finding and organizing your contracts from start to finish.

How does automatic detection work?

When you first connect an app, Librari triggers an initial scan of all available PDFs in your connected accounts. It evaluates each file, identifies which ones are contracts, and adds them to your library automatically. Key data including party names, dates, obligations, and contract value is extracted from each contract and made instantly searchable.

What happens after the initial scan?

Librari checks your connected apps on a regular basis after the initial scan is complete. Any new contracts added to your connected apps are automatically detected, processed, and added to your library without any action required on your part. Your library stays current without any maintenance.

What apps does Librari connect to?

Librari currently connects to Google Drive, Gmail, and DocuSign. Additional connectors including Microsoft are coming soon. When new connectors launch, contracts from those sources will be automatically detected and added to your library as well.

What file types does Librari support?

Librari currently supports PDF files. If a contract is stored in a different format, we recommend converting it to PDF and uploading it to one of your connected apps before connecting to Librari.

What if a contract is not appearing in my library?

If a specific contract is not appearing after connecting, check your sync status banner at the bottom left of your screen. If your sync is complete and the contract is still missing, see "Why is my contract not appearing after connecting?" for troubleshooting steps.
